Artistic platinum print photograph of a flower girl, circa 1890s to 1910s. No photographer identified. The little girl and the location are also not identified. The view shows a little girl in a white dress in hat walking on a carpet on brick walkway. She holds a rose in her right hand, and uses her other hand to hold up her dress. Both the hat and dress are very fancy and expensive looking. I’m thinking she may be dressed up as a flower girl for a wedding party. The very artistic photograph is mounted on thick cardstock. This may have been for a commercial project or perhaps a piece for a photographer’s portfolio. Note the pencil line down the left side of the photograph. The photograph measures about 10 ¼” by 16 ¼” and is good to very good condition. The mount has roughness around the edges, some minor stains, and a mark from a sticker on the back. The photograph exhibits very good tonal range and shows very good detail. This would look great framed up. A very nice platinum print photograph!
