A relic of the Presidential campaign of 1968, this Frankie Welch-designed scarf promoted the candidacy of Hubert Humphrey. Measures 19 x 19 inches.In good condition, with a few small, light spots at right center; the spots may come out with a proper cleaning, which we haven’t attempted.
