French Country Farmhouse Iron Pig Weathervane, Mortise & Tenon Construction

Wouldn't this piece be PERFECT for a country farmhouse? Purchased from a retired veterinarian, this vane was made about 125 years ago with great care by a skilled blacksmith using cast and sheet iron. Notice how the piglet is joined to the horizontal directional arrow with mortise & tenon construction. The weathervane was purchased at the Winnetka (Illinois) Antiques Show about 20 years ago with the history that it had come from France. Included is the newer iron display stand.
MEASUREMENTS:
The pig is 15-1/2" long x 7-3/4" tall
The arrow is 24" long x 4" high
The entire vane x 24" long x 16" tall
