   She attended the Faculty of Fine Arts, but dropped out and began a course in anatomy and bronze technique with the Italian sculptor Franco de Renzis (1978). She began her exhibitions in Brazil (1979), Argentina (1983) and France (1990 to 1998).

Her technique is always linked to the research of creating the human figure with its pores, whether with materials such as leather, resin or bronze.

She created a mosaic mural for the façade of the Rio das Ostras School of Theater and Dance (2002). She worked together with the sculptor Roberto Sá on public works in Rio de Janeiro and other cities (1999 onwards).
