Shipping and Returns
Buyer to pay all shipping costs ////
Domestic shipping -
Most items shipped using USPS Advantage or USPS Priority Service plus insurance ////
Larger items will be boxed by UPS and shipped by either UPS or USPS ////
No International shipping unless prearranged prior to purchase ////
1 - Returns will only be granted if an item has been grossly misrepresented.
2 - We cannot issue a return based on buyer's remorse.
3 - We ask to be informed of issues within 2 days of delivery.
4 - Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5 - Buyer will pay return shipping costs.
6 - All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
7 - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
